Officials warn voters of Southwest Oklahoma that a Blue Blizzard is on its way though Soutwest Okalhoma starting May 21st with surges throughout the summer and fall.    Blue skies will appear sometime in early November. To keep warm, you need to stock up on plenty of blue tickets.
